Print-on-Demand Products
Each item is made to order just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to check our size guide carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we've got you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at shopsinfiltro@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right immediately.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
